InSight St. Louis played hosts to students from Morehouse College, Clark Atlanta University and Spelman College on a spectacular visit to St. Louis. Check out the 2006 and 2007 visits!
Students who attended the InSight St. Louis visits truly connected, created and expanded their opportunities for a career in St. Louis. Here is what some of them had to say about their experience:
Miquez Hadley, Morehouse ’08:
I wanted to personally thank you for the experience of Insight St. Louis. I had a wonderful time. I know that there was a tremendous amount of time and effort from your part to make this a successful trip and I would like to say you did an excellent job. Again thank you and all of the other parties involved in the trip and I look forward to seeing you again in the future.
Congratulations to Miquez who has been hired by InSight St. Louis member company, Edward Jones!
Maria Lloyd, Clark ’08:
I had an awesome time in St. Louis! I honestly can’t think of anything I would like to change. The dinners were spectacular! It actually felt as if we were executives already and it motivates me to acquire an executive position in the future.
My experience with InSight St. Louis was phenomenal! I never considered moving to St. Louis (prior to my visit) but after my participation in the program, I have definitely considered St. Louis to be one of my prospect places to live after college. The one thing I really enjoyed about this program is that it actually allows you to live as an executive during your visit. This "taste" of an executive lifestyle acts as a reinforcement for me to continue to work (extremely) hard to acquire an executive level profession. Thank you InSight St. Louis!
Christyna Harris, Clark ’08:
I believe the effort put forth by InSight was overall excellent. Thanks for having me!
Trimain Gough, Clark ’07:
Everything in St. Louis was Excellent and I thank you and InSight St. Louis for sponsoring such and Extravagant trip.
Aundrea D. Vereen, Spelman ’07:
I really enjoyed the trip, you did an excellent job of accomplishing your goal. For a student whom is not necessarily interested in Corporate America, I felt very welcomed and engaged during the trip and I’m definitely considering St. Louis as a city to reside in after dental school. I’ve also created a relationship with BJC and could possibly help spearhead an initiative to bring oral health programs back to their organization.
